Volt is immediately hiring for an Employee Relations/Account Manager in Spokane, WA.
The Employee Relations/Account Manager will play a crucial role in helping to guide program activities within key accounts. This role is broad by nature and we're looking for a smart, well-rounded person to add to our existing all-star team. Key duties include employee relations, invoicing, reporting, and interface with our employee population and clients. Your program management experience, employee relations background, and staffing program expertise will provide you with the tools for success in this important position.
As an Employee Relations/Account Manager you will:
Operational Efforts:
- Act as a liaison between the client and the branch, delivery and customer service teams to ensure their expectations are exceeded and to execute flawlessly in our delivery of workforce solutions.
- Be responsible for developing and executing on strategic employee relations activities for key identified accounts. This includes reviews on a regular cadence, in person coaching, meetings with hiring managers, leave requests, timecard reconciliation, etc.
- Overall responsibility for compliance with customer's contract, SLA's and KPI's
- Maintain a high level of communication between named account stakeholders, Volt's program staff and Shared Services
- Responsible for participation in, development and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews and surveys
- Additional responsibilities include auditing credentials, supporting weekly payroll processing, monitoring invoice aging, providing metric reporting and ultimately being the liaison for escalation of all items.
- Complete timely data entry of required data into Volt's automated systems; maintain consistency and integrity of data
Leadership Efforts - Provide effective leadership through ability to fulfill the vision and goals of defined client set.
- Team lead for 3 other onboarding, employee relations team members.
- Monitor and ensure the utilization of Volt policies, procedures and compliance controls.
- Foster teamwork between Volt groups
- Understand clients' own internal goals and initiatives; build strategies to support Volt's service offerings.
Business Development Efforts - Drive diversification of business by skill set, size of customer and service offering
- Expand growth of existing clients through collaboration with other Volt divisions and promote strong client relationships.
- Deliver on all expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) both inputs and results as defined by the company and your manager.

Pay Rate: $65,000-77,000; 78,000-90,000 (Senior level candidate) *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
