Remote Travel Specialist

Magical Destinations Travel, a family?owned and operated travel company, is looking for a Remote Travel Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be the primary contact for travelers, managing all booking needs across business and leisure segments while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (airlines, car rentals, cruises, hotels, tickets and events)
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
• Work well in a group/team setting
• Stay up to date on the travel industry and its policies
• Collect and enter data into our software and maintain client files
• Complete required certification in a timely manner
• Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners

Qualifications

• Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access
• Laptop or desktop computer (highly recommended)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States

Training and certifications will be provided. No prior experience is required.
