Immediate Hiring: Production Worker $18.40/hr | Spokane Valley and Spokane WA!

About the Role:

Join our team as a Production Worker, helping cast, paint, and package ceramic hearth products for fireplaces. This role includes light-duty painting and packaging, as well as physically active casting tasks involving lifting and pouring 40lb buckets of mud into molds every 1520 minutes. Cross-training available across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cast ceramic products using molds
• Perform painting and packaging tasks
• Inspect products for quality
• Use hand tools: drills, scrapers, paint brushes, sprayers, barcode readers
• Follow work orders and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements:

• Experience in production, assembly, or general manufacturing
• Able to lift 3040 lbs regularly
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and hot/humid environments
• High attention to detail
• Prior fiber casting experience a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.25/hr.
