ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

• Loads and unloads materials from incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Verifies all incoming raw materials for accuracy.
• Labels and moves materials to stores locations.
• Makes appropriate entries in computer system.
• Delivers material to equipment following outlined procedures.
• Maintains scrap bin levels and calls vendors to have scrap bin emptied.
• Responsible for keeping the outside scrap bin area ground clean and free of metal debris.
• Shears materials to specific dimensions.
• Assists in packing products when necessary.
• Observes and establishes safety and housekeeping procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• One (1) year of prior experience with operating an electric fork lift.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated and quick learner.
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment with little supervision.
• Ability to work overtime upon request.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to lift 25lbs, up to 50lbs with or without accommodations.
