Only be considering resources with hands-on development experience from scratch. The questions being asked are about application engine, component interface, BI Publisher, integration skills and Workflow.

1. PeopleSoft 9.2 Payroll/HCM

These candidates should have experience in PeopleSoft Payroll Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflow. Must have PS Payroll and if the candidates have public sector experience that's a bonus. No citizenship requirement but must clear a public trust background check.
