We are seeking a reliable and motivated Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our self-storage facility. This role is ideal for a self-starter who takes pride in their work, can perform duties independently, and is comfortable with a position that involves extensive walking and outdoor tasks. The Groundskeeper plays a key role in creating a well-maintained environment for both customers and staff.

Pay & Benefits

$18-$20 per hour (DOE)

Two weeks paid time off after first year then three weeks after year two, health insurance (dental/vision), and 401(k), seven paid holidays

Valid driver's license

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be 21+ years old

Weekend availability required

Comfortable working outdoors year-round

Self-starter who takes initiative during downtime

Responsibilities

Maintain facility grounds and common areas

Perform security checks and log activity

Clean units after customer move-out and moving trucks after use

Snow removal and winter maintenance

Complete general daily maintenance tasks
