The right candidate will have the opportunity to be trained directly by the owner (Tom) and, for strong performers, potentially grow into a long-term leadership or business operations role./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pPerform general labor duties including cleaning, organizing, lifting, and moving materials/ppAssist with construction and flooring installation (training provided)/ppLoad, unload, and transport materials safely/ppMaintain clean and organized job sites/ppProvide professional, customer-focused service in high-end residential environments/ppLearn construction techniques and trade skills over time/ppEventually assist with light administrative tasks such as processing mail, invoices, and basic paperwork/ph3Physical Requirements/h3pAbility to lift 65 pounds or more repeatedly/ppComfortable with physical, hands-on construction work/ppAbility to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the workday/ph3Qualifications/h3pPrior construction or labor experience preferred (not required for the right candidate)/ppStrong work ethic and willingness to learn a trade/ppBasic computer proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills/ppCustomer-service mindset and professional demeanor/ppMust be presentable and well-groomed/ppReliable personal vehicle required/ph3Dress Code/h3pJeans and closed-toe shoes/ppClean, well-kept appearance required due to higher-end clientele/p/div
