While performing all tasks at Gozzer Ranch we require passion and behavior that embodies our company values:/pulliPEOPLE ARE OUR PRIORITY/liliWE RESPECT PEOPLE, PLACES, AND CULTURES/liliWE DO THE RIGHT THING/liliWE BELIEVE IN HAVING FUN/li/ulpYour key areas of responsibility are outlined below:/ph3Key Area #1: Member Experience and Vibe/h3ulliGreet our member and member guests promptly upon arrival./liliAlways provide our member and member guests prompt and professional service/liliExceed member and member guest expectations./liliCreate 100% guest satisfaction by providing our Gozzer brand behavior and genuine hospitality./liliGive personal attention and take personal responsibility for a member and member guest experience./li/ulh3Key Area #2: Teamwork/h3ulliWork intentionally to include all co-workers./liliSupport outlet service staff with meal set-up when possible,/liliWhen there is no transportation scheduled for D1, you will assist with boating valet and shuttle boat operations at Discovery Marina./liliCreate good working relationships with ALL Gozzer Employees./liliMaintain a courteous attitude toward ALL Gozzer Employees./li/ulh3Key Area #3: Daily Operations/h3ulliEnsure all amenities are in order and ready to be presented to our members and their guests./liliPrepare bar area for services to include proper chair and table placement, stock bar adequately, begin service at posted times./liliComplete all opening and closing procedures and daily/weekly side work./liliFollow transportation plans and schedule./liliAdhere to Gozzer Ranch uniform and appearance standards./liliAssist co-workers with disposal and re-stocking inventory./liliWash all glasses or dishes as required./liliAlways maintain bar cleanliness during hours of operations/liliKeep bar areas organized and un-cluttered./liliDuring special functions, the bartender will help the bar manager with on location bar setup and provide service as needed./liliImmediately communicate Safety and Maintenance concerns to your immediate supervisor and request a follow up is conducted./li/ulpKnowledge, Skill, and Abilities:/pulliPrior bartending experience, preferred./liliMust have strong knowledge of proper beverage service to include beverage products, supplies and equipment./liliMust have knowledge and adherence to all state laws pertaining to the sale and service of liquor and other alcoholic beverages./liliComply with Idaho State Health and Wellness regulations./liliPossess basic computer knowledge./liliAbility to work effectively with all personality types./liliAbility to understand and carry-out verbal and written instructions independently./liliAbility to perform basic mathematical calculations correctly./liliAbility to work weekends, holidays, morning, and nights./liliAbility to work in all weather conditions and temperatures to include inside and outside areas./liliAbility to perform light physical tasks, exerting up to 25 lbs. of force on a frequent basis and up to 75 lbs. on an occasional basis independently or with help./liliAbility to perform such activities as grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, walking, sitting, and carrying./li/ulpGozzer Ranch offers the perfect setting for living life to its fullest amid the grandeur and undisturbed beauty of the great Northwest.
