Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of valet attendants and ensuring smooth operation of the valet department
  • Providing excellent customer service, greeting guests and assisting with their parking needs
  • Coordinating parking operations, including traffic flow and vehicle organization
  • Training and mentoring valet attendants on service standards, safety procedures, and driving techniques
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle inventory and parking transactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Handling guest concerns and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in valet operations or related roles
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local parking regulations and driving laws
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Wage: $18.13 per hour + tips.
