As a Hardware Installer, you will be responsible for operating hardware insert machines, punching holes, and pressing fasteners to prepare materials for powder coating. Your duties will include operating sheet metal hardware presses, drill presses, and tapping equipment to press rivets, nuts, studs, and other fasteners into sheet metal parts. Additionally, you will read and interpret drawings and work orders to set up equipment, check equipment coolant levels, inspect threads, change taps, and maintain or replace tooling as needed.

Pay and Benefits:
