This position involves performing a variety of light assembly operations using drawing schematics and diagrams to assemble components or subassemblies. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to production and quality standards in a fast-paced and repetitive environment.
You will be eligible for insurance from the first of the month after 30 days, including a choice of two health plans, employer-paid dental, life insurance, AD&D, long-term disability plans, vision insurance, additional life insurance, accident insurance, and critical illness insurance. After six months, you can participate in a 401(k) plan with employer match and take advantage of tuition reimbursement. The work environment is a dynamic and growing sheet metal manufacturing shop with welders, powder coaters, brake operators, and quality inspectors. The Spokane facility is a new site with plans to expand to over 60 team members, providing a great opportunity to join early and be part of a small, collaborative team. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
