Temporary Office Assistant (In-Office)

We are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Office Assistant to provide in-office administrative support during a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment, takes pride in organization, and delivers excellent service to both internal teams and guests.

Assignment Duration: 2 months minimum Pay Rate: $20.12 per hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Location: Spokane, WA 99201

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative office duties
  • Prepare, sort, and distribute mail
  • Handle FedEx, UPS, courier shipments, and certified mail
  • Stock kitchen and pantry areas daily
  • Order lunches as needed
  • Greet and assist guests in a professional manner
  • Clean, set up, and book conference rooms
  • Scan and organize client documents
  • Log incoming checks and perform related tracking tasks
  • Additional office support tasks as assigned
Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • One (1) or more year/s of experience in office services, facilities, or a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to work fully on-site
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, polished appearance
  • Ability to adapt communication style for diverse audiences
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail
