We are seeking married couples for the role of Full-time Flex Houseparents, an opportunity that allows you to make a profound impact in the lives of young people.

As a couple, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide essential care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8-13 students. Upon joining, you will initially support various student homes, following a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty with three days off. On weekdays, you'll have unscheduled time while students are in school. Eventually, you'll transition into a Placed Houseparent role, living and working with the same group of students.

Benefits:

  • Salary of $44,768.00 per person (total compensation of approximately $168,000 per couple).
  • Free housing and meals while on duty.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, and disability options.
  • Retirement savings plans.
  • Relocation assistance and paid training provided.
  • Paid time off at designated times throughout the year.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working or volunteering with youth.
  • Must be a legally married couple for at least two years.
  • Both spouses must be 27 years old or older.
  • No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
  • Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
  • Comfort in leading daily devotions and participating in Judeo-Christian services (proselytizing prohibited).
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

This is a unique, challenging, and rewarding career that requires dedication and a shared commitment from both spouses to foster student success. If you're ready to make a difference, we encourage you to apply. To learn more and apply, visit our website.
