A Natural Grocers Good4U Crew Member plays a critical role in helping Natural Grocers be the most awesome place possible where food quality matters, affordability is a must, and health is the focus. You will be involved in activities such as stocking, greeting customers, and cashiering, promoting special events, and participating in our Nutrient to Know About program. This multifaceted entry?level role values your people skills, enthusiasm for talking about nutrition, energy, and learning, and a willingness to help the environment. We are looking for Good4U Crew Members who share this enthusiasm and passion.

Physical Capabilities And Environmental Demands

Physical Requirements

• Must have the ability to constantly lift or carry up to 10 lbs, frequently lift or carry 1120 lbs, and occasionally lift or carry 2150 lbs. Must also have the ability to occasionally lift or carry 51100 lbs with a team lift.
• Must be able to frequently push or pull up to 15 lbs and occasionally push or pull 16100 lbs
• Must be able to occasionally use the computer for data entry and use of mouse
• Must be able to constantly walk, stand, use fine motor manipulations, grip, bend, twist, turn, and reach outward for the duration of the work shift
• Must be able to frequently reach above chest
• Must be able to occasionally sit, squat, kneel, and climb as needed

Environmental Requirements

• Must be able to frequently work with sharp tools and equipment, dust, fumes, and congested worksite
• Must be able to occasionally work with noise, cold, heat, wet, humid, outside, heights, and contact stress
