The Delivery Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through the timely delivery of products. This position involves loading and unloading orders, managing payments, tracking deliveries, and building positive relationships with vendors.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver product orders efficiently and safely.
• Load and secure items in the delivery vehicle.
• Unloading items while adhering to the delivery schedule.
• Keep the delivery vehicle in optimal condition by performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Comply with all operational policies, procedures, and local driving regulations to maintain a professional image and safe operations.
• Stay current with job knowledge through ongoing training opportunities.
• Enhance the organization's reputation by taking ownership and seeking ways to add value to job responsibilities.
• Participate in cross-training within retail environments as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Friendly and outgoing personality, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Valid Driver's License, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record are required.
• Motor Vehicle Record screening is a necessary part of the application process.
• Food handler's permit is required for working with food products.
• Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
