In this essential role, you will serve as the first line of support for our customers, delivering top-notch service by resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, andfostering customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate and timely information to customers regarding their orders, delivery statuses, and product details.
Respond promptly to phone calls and emails, ensuring customer questions, concerns, and requests are addressed effectively.
Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and installation services.
Efficiently resolve customer issues, escalating any unresolved matters to the appropriate supervisor as needed.
Track and monitor delivery schedules to provide customers with real-time updates on their orders.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Temco Logistics' products and services to assist customers effectively.
Manage office supply inventory and place orders as required to facilitate smooth office operations.
Prepare and submit timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or office administrative roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail for accurate response to customer inquiries.
Effective organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software, with ERP systems being a plus.
Knowledge of delivery and installation services in a logistics context is advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
