Pay Range: $16.28 - $26.00

Overview of Position:

As a Sanitation Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our customers at Krispy Kreme. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing the store, parking lot, and surrounding areas to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop all required areas inside and outside the store
• Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot
• Wash windows to enhance store appearance
• Sanitize and stock bathrooms
• Clean tables and chairs in customer areas
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including pressure washing
• Assist with unloading mix trucks and other miscellaneous duties
• Organize stock room supplies
• Complete other duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Basic literacy and math skills
• Reliability and dependability
• General fitness and mobility
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds; frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds
• Using hand-trucks to push/pull products, often on ramps

Visual Acuity Requirements:

• Must be able to read or distinguish between various cleaning agents by color

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to inside and outside environmental conditions
• Un-air-conditioned production areas may reach temperatures of 100 degrees for more than one hour
• Noise levels in the production area may require shouting to communicate
