Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Establish strong relationships with vendors to ensure successful merchandise resets meet company standards.
• Coordinate effectively with the Merchandising Service team and management regarding project priorities and needs.
• Review project performance metrics and offer valuable feedback to store and corporate leaders.
• Engage with customers when necessary, assisting them in finding, demonstrating, and loading merchandise to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide clear information about stock, special orders, features, benefits, and warranties related to products.
• Manage product placement by organizing stock, rotating products, creating displays, and using equipment as per project instructions.
• Identify and address damaged products promptly, ensuring they are returned and recorded correctly.
• Maintain clear and accurate pricing and product signage throughout the store.
• Ensure an organized and safe store environment by adhering to housekeeping standards and conducting regular safety reviews.
• Utilize various store equipment efficiently to support daily operations.
• Complete and document assigned tasks accurately, including photos for confirmation of service completion.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
• Return to Manufacturer area and assist in processing buyback items for shipping.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a retail sales role.
• 6 months of experience in product merchandising, including working with planograms.
• 3 months of experience operating power equipment like lifts or order pickers.

Pay Range: $17.13 - $17.70 per hour; starting rate may vary based on factors such as position, location, and experience.
