Your Responsibilities as a Dining Room Assistant Will Include:

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and a helpful attitude.
• Preparing your station for a successful shift.
• Ensuring silverware and condiments are easily accessible at tables.
• Refilling beverages and assisting with pre-bussing as needed.
• Delivering hot food to guests promptly and efficiently.
• Supporting servers with various tasks during service.
• Adhering to all food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Clearing tables, resetting the dining area, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Communicating table readiness and updates to staff effectively.
• Assisting with breakdown tasks in the dish area.

What it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements):

• Must be of legal age and authorized to work in the country of application.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds.
• Capable of moving throughout the restaurant and standing for shifts of 8 to 12 hours.
• A team player with strong attention to detail, capable of multi-tasking effectively.
