JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst focused on Member Retention to design and implement innovative processes and solutions utilizing a variety of data sets for analysis, modeling, and predictive analytics. You will play a key role in aiding informed business decisions by extracting insights from both structured and unstructured data across multiple sources. Collaborate with various departments and our clients to define requirements and uncover business challenges. Use your expertise in advanced statistical techniques and reporting methods to develop impactful solutions and tools that drive performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract and compile large datasets from various systems to analyze discrepancies and outliers.
  • Establish and maintain processes for monitoring, tracking, and trending departmental data.
  • Prepare and submit all mandated state reports and analyses in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to develop and document new standardized reports and processes.
  • Utilize analytics software and systems effectively to support departmental objectives.

Qualifications

Required Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range: $80,168 - $116,835 / ANNUAL

Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
