Dispatcher Position

Robert Half is seeking a dependable dispatcher to support a company in the Spokane, Washington area. This role focuses on coordinating service requests and scheduling technicians to ensure efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include receiving and prioritizing incoming service calls and requests, scheduling and dispatching drivers/technicians to appropriate locations, monitoring routes and job progress to ensure timely completion, communicating updates, changes, and delays to customers and field staff, and maintaining accurate records in dispatch and tracking system.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of dispatch, logistics, or customer service experience preferred, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with basic computer systems and dispatch software.
