Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Detection development, 4-6 Years of Experience Required
• Network detection and response (NDR), 4-6 Years of Experience Required
• Network monitoring, 4-6 Years of Experience Required

• Ability to read a room, identify and leverage institutional knowledge, and work with stakeholders with opposing views
• Ability to see around the corner, hope for the best and plan for the worst, and exercise a healthy balance between security and accessibility
• Ability to define problems clearly and concisely, develop action plans with options, including pros and cons to those options, and offer recommendations to address the problem directly

• Identify and correct a variety of data management issues
• Coordinate with infrastructure, engineering, and application project/support teams to ensure new policies/assets are deployed efficiently
• Serve as a technical expert and demonstrate hands-on experience with endpoint detection and response, network detection and response tools
• Enable and continuously mature security capabilities and services to effectively manage risk
• Participate in on-call rotation, respond to security incidents promptly, and lead troubleshooting and restoration activities
