Waste Management, Inc. - - Responsibilities: Operate baler, front-end loader, forklift, bobcat, and other equipment to move and bale materials and manage material flow.; Sort, grade, inspect, and record materials; ensure quality before baling or shipping.; Maintain inventory records and process loading/unloading tickets and bills of lading.; Monitor equipment prompts, downtime, and perform routine maintenance and safety checks.; Load and unload materials, tag and stage them, and ensure safe, organized work areas.
