Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures and post orders, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities and surrounding areas, including platforms, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter routes; Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns, and deter unwanted behavior through visible presence and professional communication; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with supervisors and local public agencies as needed; Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant updates during shift transitions
