Dick's Sporting Goods - - Responsibilities: Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience; Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards; Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.); Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures; Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
