Major Duties
Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations and financial duties.
Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
Supervises, trains, develops, hires and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description
Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods. Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory.As a volume-based position, grading is dependent on maintaining sales in accordance with published Volume Standards.
