Touchmark - - Responsibilities: Be knowledgeable about and promote environmental safety for yourself and others; Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when assisting with residents, family members, team members and visitors; Perform repairs, parts runs, and preventative maintenance; Assist the building services team in maintaining the community and the grounds, by providing repairs, renovation work, and routine maintenance; Be able to work both inside and outside year round
