As a key leader, your day-to-day tasks will also involve:

• Leading and mentoring a team of 4-12 members, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance
• Planning and coordinating special events and promotions to enhance restaurant success
• Assisting with inventory management and product ordering as necessary

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant setting, preferably in a supervisory role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

You must be an excellent communicator, capable of engaging with team members at all levels. Computer proficiency is a plus.

Physical: Ability to work in all areas of the restaurant as needed and operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing, and walking throughout the entire workday. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
