Our client is looking for an experienced, client-focused consultant with deep technical knowledge of multiemployer pension plans and an Enrolled Actuary designation. The candidate must excel at communicating complex topics to diverse audiences, have a proven track record managing actuarial staff, and be comfortable traveling to client meetings and industry events. The ideal candidate will also have strong industry connections, marketing and business development skills, and experience presenting at conferences are essential, along with a passion for helping generate business. This candidate should be in a leadership position in their current or previous role(s), which could be equal to a Principal or similar status. They should also have a proven track record at generating business.
