A company is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant for the Center for Professional Development.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate event logistics, including scheduling, tech support, catering, and on-site assistanceManage participant communication, including RSVPs, reminders, attendance tracking, and follow-upsHandle financial and administrative processing, including initiating purchase orders and tracking budgetsRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of clerical, secretarial, or office support experienceProficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in spreadsheets, Word, and PowerPointAbility to work 15 hours a week, primarily in-person with some remote optionsBackground screenings (CORI and SORI) will be conducted as a condition of employmentExperience in event planning and budget management is preferred
