A company is looking for a Timekeeping Specialist to oversee timekeeping operations for approximately 1,800 employees across multiple retail locations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and audit timekeeping records for multi-state retail locationsPerform detailed pre- and post-payroll audits to ensure wage and hour complianceMaintain advanced knowledge of complex wage and hour laws and ensure adherence to compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications5+ years of progressive timekeeping experience3+ years supporting multi-state operations in complex wage & hour environmentsDemonstrated experience with high-regulation states such as CaliforniaAdvanced knowledge of multi-state paid sick leave laws and overtime regulationsAdvanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and reconciliations
