We are seeking an experienced HR/Payroll Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, ideal for someone who can step in immediately and contribute with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Process biweekly payroll accurately and efficiently
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare and assist with offer letters
Conduct employment verifications and reference checks
Set up new hires with system logins, workstations, and email accounts
Facilitate new employee orientation sessions
Maintain and handle confidential employee information with discretion
Assist with employee timekeeping records
Qualifications:
Proven experience in payroll processing
Strong understanding of onboarding and HR administrative procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Spanish preferred)
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
