We're hiring Seasonal Remote Customer Service Representatives to support a well-known retail apparel company, and this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Location Requirement: Must live within 1 hour of High Point, NC
Remote Position (NC Only)
Pay: $13.50/hr
Schedule: Second Shift | 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers with navigating and placing online orders
• Respond to questions about products, promotions, orders, and returns
• Research inquiries and professionally de-escalate concerns
• Utilize multiple systems and browsers to resolve issues efficiently
• Communicate clearly and courteously with customers and internal teams

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Retail experience is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional, flexible, and team-oriented
