Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a government transit environment.; Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns for follow-up.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance to riders and staff and/or requesting additional resources when needed.; Monitor access points and public areas, observe and document unusual activity, and communicate clearly with location personnel and/or public responders as appropriate.; Prepare complete and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, including use of required logs and/or reporting systems.
