Our company is seeking a talented individual to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and manufacturing accounting. You will be responsible for providing financial analysis to support the strategic objectives of the company. This includes handling supply chain, ERP, Dynamics Great Plains, Accruals, annual budget, monthly reporting, reconciling, financials, intercompany, income statement, variance, balance sheet, and advanced Excel tasks. Responsibilities: As an FP&A Analyst, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analyses and commentaries. 2. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. 3. Reconciling complex intercompany transactions and ensuring accurate financial reporting. 4. Managing the supply chain and manufacturing accounting processes. 5. Utilizing Dynamics Great Plains and Advanced Excel to perform complex financial analyses. 6. Working closely with other teams to understand and manage intercompany transactions. 7. Analyzing income statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents. 8. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 9. Providing insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the FP&A Analyst role should have the following qualifications: 1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. 3. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Dynamics Great Plains. 4. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas. 5. Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. 6. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations. 7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. 8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. 9. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. 10. Experience with supply chain management, intercompany transactions, and accruals.
