Join the TurboTax team as a Customer Support Agent, where you can work from the comfort of your own home!

In this role, you will assist TurboTax customers with inquiries regarding our products and tax return software. Your expertise will help customers with tasks such as downloading, logging in, navigation, importing documents, and filing their taxes. You'll receive continuous support to ensure your success.

• Enjoy a pay rate of $18.50 per hour
• Make $405 as a bonus just for becoming certified as a TurboTax Product Expert
• Take advantage of the Turbo Bonus Boost of $5.00 per hour from April 9-15, with unlimited hours available; work at least 8 hours on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify
• Certification will entail a 3-day training period
• Customize your work schedule with flexible hours available from 8am EST to 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
• Commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week, but feel free to take on more!
• You will be paired with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for live support during calls and have a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) as your advocate
