CHS Primeland is seeking a Seasonal Operations Specialist at our Worley, ID location for our Spring planting season! The Seasonal Operations Specialist supports day-to-day facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused service. This role performs general labor and equipment-operation tasks, including significant forklift operation as well as loading and unloading agricultural products, operating automated scale and dump systems, and completing routine equipment maintenance. The specialist helps maintain product quality, keeps track of order processing, performs grounds and facility housekeeping duties, and may deliver products directly to customer locations. Strong commitment to safety procedures, adherence to company policies, and professional customer interaction are essential. Ideal candidates will have experience with agriculture and heavy equipment operation, along with the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
