Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee various construction projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also managing on-site personnel and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities for multiple construction projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to define project scope and objectives
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and labor resources effectively
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, costs, and schedules
• Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Experience overseeing self-performing teams (e.g. carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and concrete work)
• Experience in managing grocery store and retail construction projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites
