Customer Service Representative A well-established, Washington-based credit union is seeking a *Customer Service Representative* to join its growing team. *What You'll Do*
* Provide outstanding service that promotes deep and lasting member relationships
* Answer general inquiries and perform account maintenance via phone and email
* Consistently meet or exceed key performance and quality metrics
* Research and resolve member concerns efficiently with guidance from leadership
* Take ownership of issues, set clear expectations, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
* Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products, services, and promotions that add value for members
* Maintain working knowledge of policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives

* Previous customer service experience (call center or financial services experience is a plus)

*Job Type & Location*
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
