Job Summary

POSITION OVERVIEW:
In an online setting, the School Counselor provides a comprehensive counseling and guidance program for scholars in grades 7-12. The Counselor, with their team and administration, develops, plans, implements, and evaluates our counseling program that supports servant leadership, academic achievement, career readiness, and personal and social development. The Counselor serves as a proactive advocate for students, partners closely with families and staff, and prioritizes early intervention, prevention, and relationship-building to ensure all scholars are supported, engaged,
and prepared for post-secondary success.
