Starting Training Pay Range $17.50 to $18.75 an hour dependent on experience for 2026 Transferring Managers or Previous Dominos Management or High Volume CSR/ Late Inside experience pay range $18 to $20.00 an hour. Bonusing positions available today! Bonuses are dependent on store goals being met, costs managed within the set range for each individual store, and a minimum of 4 Manager shifts worked per week. Bonuses are paid for every 4 week period as set by Dominos Pizza period calendar. Bonuses are a set base dependent on position and store bonus pool availability that has a multiplier of up to 130% and is based on preset goals.
