Enforce state laws and ISDA rules and conduct investigations and inspections including:Phytosanitary Export Certification. (45%)Field Inspections. (10%)Nursery Inspections and License Enforcement. (5%)Feed and Fertilizer Sampling and Registration Enforcement. (25%)Pest and Disease Surveys. (10%)Quarantine Rule Enforcement. Seed Enforcement under Federal and State Seed Laws/ Rules. Administrative Duties, including: (5%)Develop project reports and investigation reports for submission and approval to Program Manager, Bureau Chief, or Division Administrator as necessary. Represent ISDA in meetings with grower organizations, commodity commissions, and the general public, and interactions with the University of Idaho and other Federal or state agencies as directed by Program Manager.
