Join our team as a Local Delivery Driver!

In this role, you will be essential in delivering products to a diverse range of customers, including those in the Foodservice industry. As a Local Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for driving the delivery vehicle, unloading pallets, and ensuring that products are stocked effectively on store shelves, displays, and in coolers. You will also build attractive displays and set up promotional materials, such as pricing signs and banners, to enhance the shopping experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering product and executing promotions efficiently.
• Successfully servicing all scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
• Merchandising accounts to align with local standards.
• Establishing positive working relationships with store management and staff.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass the DOT drug test and DOT Physical.
• Hold a valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable).

Helpful Experience:

• Operating trucks with a valid U.S. CDL license.
• Adhering to all DOT regulations.
• Merchandising products effectively.
• Using equipment for load management, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Ability to efficiently document adherence to DOT regulations.
• Effective communication skills in English.

This job requires physical tasks such as lifting cases weighing between 20-45 pounds and pushing or pulling with force ranging from 40-150 pounds. You will also need to perform actions like reaching, squatting, and bending during delivery and merchandising activities.

As this job involves regular fieldwork and interaction with customers, a background check may be conducted. A conditional offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
