What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Earn between $65,000 to $110,000 annually.
• Training Pay: Receive $55,000 - $70,000 during your training period.

Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit a DOT inspection report.
• Ensure the accuracy of bills of lading and store keys during off-hour deliveries.
• Drive the tractor-trailer to destinations, adhering to commercial driving regulations and demonstrating skill in vehicle maneuvering.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload trailers and deliver products to customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for CDL-A Drivers:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• Have at least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
