Job Details

Supports the optimization of workflow and processes for bank business unit(s). Responsible for identifying and documenting business unit requirements, investigating business unit systems, identifying options for improving business unit systems and bridging the needs of the business unit with the use of information technology. Provides a strong link between the business unit and information technology to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization as a whole to achieve its goals. Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts to document, communicate, validate and refine necessary requirements and make recommendations based on product vision and market requirements, research data and organizational goals.
