Provide Supportive Services to Veterans & their families in this grant funded program. Provide case management services to Veterans to develop & execute Individual Housing Plans that enhance housing security to eligible participants through direct & indirect service provision in Goodwill & partner agencies. Must have valid driver license with personal auto insurance as well as pass background & driver record check.n. Education &/or Experience:n. Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience &/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience.n.
