Remote - located in: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, MO, MS, NE, ND, NH, OH, OK, TX, WI, WY.
Required: Must have:
Internet Service (cannot connect via WIFI) - Must have modem connection - Must be hardwired to computer via ethernet cable. AGENTS CANNOT TAKE CALLS USING WI-FI CONNECTION. Core i3 with 8GB of RAM or higher.
Minimum of 30mbps upload and 30mbps download. Run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net.
Minimum of Windows 10 on computer.
Modem connection - Must be hardwired to your computer via ethernet cable.
Home computer, monitor and headset that will allow agent to answer calls. Must allow required software to be uploaded to their computer and have USB headset that is CxOne/NICE compatible for incoming customer interactions.
Call center experience required.
Excellent communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of computer applications.
Positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with all the calls they handle.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls from potential and existing customers
Ask specific questions to determine the reason for the call and then transfer to the appropriate department.
