Position: Senior Customer Service Specialist (Hybrid)
Location: Must reside in Missouri
Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Contract
Pay: $30-$37/hour DOE
Start Date: September 1, 2025

Overview:
HotFoot Recruiters has partnered with a Fortune 500 leader in the financial services industry to hire a Senior Customer Service Specialist based in Missouri. This role is ideal for service-driven professionals with experience in call centers, financial services, or branch support operations who thrive in high-volume environments and enjoy helping others resolve complex inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary phone support representative for branch offices and internal associates.
  • Respond to high volumes of inbound calls and emails, offering clear guidance related to branch expenses, profit & loss statements, and internal policy updates.
  • Provide empathetic, effective solutions and ensure accuracy in every client interaction.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborate with peers to provide consistent service coverage.
  • Educate callers on accounting processes and company policies while promoting a culture of trust and reliability.
  • Maintain quality and efficiency metrics in a fast-paced service center setting.
  • Support and educate field offices on key financial processes and policy updates.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume inbound call center or financial services support role.
  • Proven ability to explain complex topics and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, web-based tools, and internal ticketing systems.
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations and handle escalations with empathy and composure.
  • Background or familiarity with profit & loss statements or general accounting processes (non-CPA).
  • Previous experience in financial services or supporting remote branch locations.
  • High learning agility and a strong desire to grow within a structured team environment.
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills-both verbal and written.
