Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk of a healthcare location.; Manage front desk access control by greeting and screening visitors, confirming appointments and/or authorization, issuing visitor passes, and directing individuals to the correct destination.; Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and communication devices, reporting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to clinical staff, facility leadership, and/or emergency responders as directed by post orders.; Complete required documentation such as incident reports, visitor logs, and shift activity logs, and communicate relevant information during shift changes.
