Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Prepare the CCM machine for operation by loading setup cards, heating dies, and building stackups/loading creels.; Adjust machine temperature, pressure, speed, and alignment based on product specifications.; Inspect material/laminate for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, thickness, and visual defects throughout the entire process.; Record production measurements, document quality results, and maintain batch records.; Clean dies and machine components to prevent contamination or defects.
